Favorite Photos #33, Montana, Idaho Lakes and Rivers

During our summers we do spend a lot of time in the Northwest USA. It is just so beautiful in the summers. Green, lots of lakes and rivers and majestic mountains.

Bridge over the Clark Fork River near Cyr, Montana.

View of the Clark Fork River on the way to do some kayaking with Pete's brother Mike.

Mike leads us down the river. This was our 10th kayak trip totaling 70 miles.

Here comes Ellen!

A couple of posers.

No, not the Clark Fork but fabulous Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Ellen's cousins Sylvia and Larry live here overlooking Rockford Bay. Wow, what a view!

We saw these two ospreys on our boat cruise with our hosts. (We're on dangerous ground remembering these birds from 10 years ago. If not osprey, Donnalee will be emailing and correcting us soon!)

Lake Coeur d'Alene connects to many other lakes. This one is Anderson Lake (Again, by memory!)

On the lake close to town.

A great picture puzzle cover photo.

Larry must look down from his deck and wonder "how shall we float today?"

There was a time when Larry and Sylvia only used their "cabin" in the summertime. But they long ago moved in full time.

Even though they have been living here for many years, you have to wonder if they say "pinch me, am I dreaming?".

It is great to share photos again, but we really would like to get out and meet our RV friends on the road. In the last week we have had two serious buyers. Please pray that our home will soon be theirs.

With love, Pete, Ellen and Mandy
